RAG pipelines, autonomous agents, and domain copilots — model-agnostic across OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, and open weights, with evaluation and guardrails built in. Private deployment when your data can't leave your infrastructure.
02
Content Pipelines as a Service
FinalBoss-Engine: research, drafting, validation, and publishing running on your blog, calibrated to your industry. We ran it on our own properties first — 24 articles in Google Discover in week one.
03
AI Automation Wired Into Your Stack
We connect AI to the tools you already run — CRM, ERP, support desks, content pipelines. GPbot, the engine behind our own media properties, writes and publishes in production every day. It's the same engine we deploy for clients.
04
Production Infrastructure & LLMOps
Deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and cost control once the system is live: CI/CD pipelines, drift detection, observability, and infrastructure as code on AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure.
Fixed scope in writing. No black box.
01
The audit: two weeks, fixed price
We map your data, tools, and workflows, then hand you a written roadmap — costs, timelines, expected payoffs. Yours to keep, whether we build together or not.
02
The prototype: ten working days
A working AI workflow wired to your real data, demoed on day ten. Not a slide deck.
03
The build: scoped sprints, dated milestones
Scoped sprints with dated milestones, each ending with working software you can actually review. Progress you can check — not status meetings.
04
The run: measured in production
Monitoring, evaluation, and cost control once it's live. A monthly report that says what ran, what it cost, and what it saved.
Model-agnostic: OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, open-source — or private deployment on your own infrastructure.
Team
One senior operator. You talk to the person writing the code — no account manager, no junior layer, no handoff.
Method
Senior engineering end to end: written specs, tested code, complete documentation — every line owned by the person who wrote it. We ship what we run ourselves.
Compliance
EU-based, GDPR-native. Systems designed for EU AI Act readiness: data lineage, risk classification, and audit trails from day one.
Shipped & Running
Every Project Below Is Live
No mock-ups, no concepts. Products we built for ourselves, work we shipped for clients. Click through — they're all online.
Codolie is an AI systems studio based in Mallorca. Damien Larquey runs it: the scoping, the architecture, the code, and the phone that rings when something breaks are all the same person.
That's a deliberate constraint. It caps how much work runs at once, and it removes every layer between the person you brief and the person who ships. Nothing gets lost in a handoff, because there is no handoff.
The studio's own products — GPbot, Herald, FinalBoss-Engine — run on the same stack we sell. When a pipeline fails at 3am, it fails for us first. That's the only quality guarantee worth writing down.

Languages
English, French, Spanish — technical work in any of the three.
Capacity
One build at a time — never parallel projects. Builds stay fast because they reuse the studio's own production stack, not because scope gets cut.
The same commitments appear in every quote we sign. This is not marketing copy — it is the contract.
01
Craft first
Every system is designed and built by one senior operator — no junior layer, no outsourcing, no handoff. The person you brief is the person who ships.
02
A quote made for you
Every project starts with a written, itemized quote: scope, milestones, fixed price. Anything outside the scope is priced and approved before it gets built.
03
A real warranty
For 60 days after delivery, any reproducible defect against the agreed scope is fixed free of charge, prioritized by severity.
04
Your code, your IP
On final payment the work is yours: full intellectual property, source code in your Git repository, and access to hosting and database.

What Our Clients Say
01 / 06
01
“Working with Dam and his team has been a true game changer. Communication is straightforward, and they understood our needs like few have. They rebuilt our trading algorithm from scratch, and the support after has been truly exceptional. They're now our go-to whenever we need technical work.”
Cedric G. — Quant Trading Firm
02
“It was really hard to choose the right team to build our DeFi app. But Codolie exceeded my expectations. Their knowledge in web3 is unmatched—their advice helped us avoid big mistakes in the architecture we originally planned. Simply the best.”
Vikash D. — DeFi Startup
03
“I wanted a simple website. I got a Rolls Royce.”
André B. — Local Services
04
“We met Dam from Codolie randomly. He ended up building our chatbot, and thanks to that, our support handling has been reduced to almost nothing. Unbelievable. I think we got the smartest chatbot around.”
Emerick T. — Tech Company
05
“I wanted a beautiful Shopify store, but nobody offered me the custom solution Codolie suggested. At first I didn't believe it would work—I'm so thankful I trusted them. My store is fast and absolutely beautiful!”
Anna K. — E-commerce Brand
06
“I was overpaying for a Wix website. Dam redid my entire site, added a blog, a booking portal. Not only is my website so much nicer, but it's also ranking way better than before. Truly great work.”
Paquita R. — Wellness Studio
Questions & Answers
Frequently Asked Questions
01What does Codolie actually do?+
One thing, at two sizes: we put AI systems into production and keep them running. That means FinalBoss-Engine content pipelines for publishers, and custom AI builds — audit, prototype, production — for teams with a workflow worth automating. If a system needs a mobile app or on-chain work to be complete, we build it. We just don't sell those as headlines.
02How long does it take to complete a project?+
It depends on which door you come through. A managed website is live in two weeks. An AI opportunity audit is two weeks, fixed price. A prototype sprint is ten working days to a demo on real data. A production build is scoped in writing, with dated milestones and working software to review at each one.
03What is your development process?+
Everything starts with a written, fixed-scope quote — what gets built, when, and for how much, agreed before work begins. The build then runs in scoped sprints with dated milestones: you review working software at each one, and your feedback shapes the next. After delivery, a 60-day warranty covers any defect against the agreed scope, and a maintenance contract keeps the system monitored and up to date.
04How much does a typical project cost?+
Fixed price, in writing, before anything is built. Audits start at €3,500, prototype sprints at €9,000, and production builds are scoped and quoted per project. If the scope changes mid-project, the change is priced and approved before it's built — never invoiced after.
05Do you provide ongoing maintenance and support?+
Yes, we offer various maintenance and support packages to ensure your digital products remain secure, up-to-date, and performing optimally. Our support services include regular updates, security patches, performance monitoring, content updates, and technical support.
06Can you help with an existing project or do you only work on new ones?+
We're happy to work with existing projects! Whether you need to update, redesign, or fix issues with your current website or application, our team can help. We'll start with a thorough assessment of your existing codebase and provide recommendations for improvements.
07Which AI models do you work with?+
We're model-agnostic. We build on OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, and open-source models, and deploy privately on your infrastructure when data can't leave your environment. Model choice is an engineering decision made per use case — never a lock-in.
08How do you handle our data and compliance?+
We're EU-based and GDPR-native. Your data stays in your environment whenever possible, access is scoped and logged, and we design systems for EU AI Act readiness — data lineage, risk classification, and audit trails from day one.
