The Studio
Codolie is an AI systems studio based in Mallorca. Damien Larquey runs it: the scoping, the architecture, the code, and the phone that rings when something breaks are all the same person.
That's a deliberate constraint. It caps how much work runs at once, and it removes every layer between the person you brief and the person who ships. Nothing gets lost in a handoff, because there is no handoff.
The studio's own products — GPbot, Herald, FinalBoss-Engine — run on the same stack we sell. When a pipeline fails at 3am, it fails for us first. That's the only quality guarantee worth writing down.
How we work
The same commitments appear in every quote we sign. This is not marketing copy — it is the contract.
Every system is designed and built by one senior operator — no junior layer, no outsourcing, no handoff. The person you brief is the person who ships.
Every project starts with a written, itemized quote: scope, milestones, fixed price. Anything outside the scope is priced and approved before it gets built.
For 60 days after delivery, any reproducible defect against the agreed scope is fixed free of charge, prioritized by severity.
On final payment the work is yours: full intellectual property, source code in your Git repository, and access to hosting and database.
